Insurance
I am paneled with BCBS PPO and Aetna Student Health through Northwestern University. If you have an alternate insurance, services will be paid on a fee-for-service basis and a Superbill will be provided, per the client’s request. Please contact your insurance company prior to our first meeting to confirm coverage for either in-network benefits or out-of-network reimbursement rates.
Payment
I accept payment at time of session via check, cash, or Zelle ( a free app that accepts most bank accounts).
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend to our scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid the late fee, which will further be discussed at your initial meeting.
